As far as the customs clearean is concerned , we have many methods and experiences to ensure package, and 100% of the orders are safe for delivery.
 
Here we would like to talk about the exceptions:
 
If the package have problem with Customs, we will be responsible and will resend all orders for free, you do not need to pay again. However, if your package is held by your country Customs, you need to contact the Customs of your country, and to team work with them until your orders release from your country Customs.
 
All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package. we stand behind every product we sell.
 
For any quality problem reason that you are not satisfied with our goods, you can send it back to us. 
We will refund the value of the product. All items must be in new unworn condition.Should you have any problem , please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
 
How do I Return a Product?
 
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender. If you ordered the wrong jersey and want to return, you need to pay the shipping fees yourself. Please contact us firstly to get the correct our address if your have problems.
 
Return Steps:
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. Send the return package to the right address (Contact us before shipping back).

5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6. It is recommended that you use UPS or EMS for your return.
7. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
8. To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of receiving your returned product. Please note that your bank may institute additional time for the credit to appear in your account. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the original Online Gift Certificate is revalued for the amount that is credited. For Gift Cards, you can expect your refund on a new Gift Card that you will receive in the mail.
